What helps us answer you properly
A good first message saves several rounds of questions. You do not need a finished brief, but a few specifics let us name the right crew and give you a realistic quotation.
About the production
Describe the show in a few lines: a concert, a studio panel, a festival stage or a sports broadcast. Say how many cameras you expect and whether the programme goes out live or is recorded. Mention the venue and the number of days involved. If a director is already appointed, give their name so our operators can speak to them before the day.
Dates and timing
Give us the transmission date and any rehearsal or load-in days around it. Tell us when the crew would need to arrive and roughly how long the show runs. If your dates are still moving, say so, and we will note which days are firm. Early notice helps us hold the right operators, because our senior crew are often booked well ahead.
The kind of help needed
Say whether you need switching, direction, replay and graphics, a streaming team, or advice on a control room. If you are unsure, describe the problem instead and we will suggest a route. Tell us about any equipment you already own, including the switcher model. For advisory work, a rough plan of the room or a few photographs is useful.
