The four people behind narravix, each with a defined role in the gallery, on the stream or at the replay desk.
Every narravix booking is led by operators who work in galleries week after week. Here are the four people you are most likely to speak with and work beside.

Helen has directed live television galleries for over a decade and leads narravix's operator teams on every booking.

Callum cuts multi-camera concerts and festival broadcasts, and trains new operators in switcher workflow.

Priya designs the encoding and delivery paths for our live streams and prepares backup feeds for every event.

Dan runs replay and graphics for sport and music shows, and keeps cue sheets tidy for the whole gallery.
The team is small, and that shapes how we work. You deal with the same people from the first call to transmission, and each of them knows what the others are doing in the gallery.
Helen leads live operations and assigns operators to each booking according to the show. Callum cuts the programme, Priya looks after streaming and delivery, and Dan handles replay and graphics. Because roles do not overlap, the director always knows who to speak to on talkback. On smaller jobs one person may cover more than one task, and we say so in the quotation.
Operators read the running order and camera plan before arriving. Dan prepares cue sheets for the whole gallery, Priya prepares backup feeds for streams, and Callum reviews switcher layouts with your technical staff. The aim is that rehearsal is spent refining the show rather than discovering basic problems with sources or labels.
Our values are calm under pressure, clear communication and reliable delivery. On talkback that means short, plain calls, no talking over the director, and quick reporting when something drops. When a fault happens, the team names it, states the fix and keeps the programme moving.
